This week's Question: Which do you prefer? Biographies written about someone? Or Autobiographies written by the actual person (and/or ghost-writer)?
My Answer: I think I'd rather read the real thing autobiographies, actual first hand knowledge. The person that has experienced it is the best to tell about it. Though most books that I read are biographies because that is what I have.
How about you? Let me know in a comment. Would you rather read biography or autobiography? Why?
"Literature adds to reality, it does not simply describe it. It enriches the necessary competencies that daily life requires and provides; and in this respect, it irrigates the deserts that our lives have already become." -C.S. Lewis
