This book is geared toward the younger child, who for the first time is being left alone with a babysitter. However, I believe any child will love the mischievous things that Sugarpaw does in this story,
Babysitting Sugarpaw. I must say Bonnie Whiskers earned her pay the night she babysat Sugarpaw. Your child will learn about honesty and friendship as the story comes alive for them. Your child will see that though they may be scared about having a babysitter maybe the babysitter is just as nervous about babysitting. What an adorable way to share with 3-8 year-olds that they might not be the only one scared.
A little bear named SugarPaw hopes to get rid of his babysitter, Bonnie Whiskers, by getting her into trouble after making changes to his rules chart. As this fun loving story unfolds, SugarPaw learns about honesty and friendship.Babysitting Sugarpaw cover
This book will delight three-to-eight-year-old readers, especially those who like to create mischief.
Bonnie Whiskers never babysat for the Bears before. Hearing SugarPaw cry out, “Don’t go!” made her worry. She took a deep breath and knocked on the door.

Thanks for the great review of Virginia's book. Everyone had loved this book. I think I'll have to buy a copy too. As you said, it's not only for children who are being babysat for the first time.
Thanks again. Wishing you and your readers a blessed Christmas.
