It's whimsical, it's magical, it's a Christmas Ball, actually a Wizard's Christmas Ball. This was a fun adorable Christmas read. Donita transports her readers onto a fantasy street that only few people can find or experience, those being the ones with tickets to the Ball. Donita makes the Christmas spirit come alive for everyone in her novella. It is such a charming and heartwarming book in more ways than one: cover, characters and plot. The author has a way to transport the reader into this contemporary yet fantasy world of make-believe and experience with Cora how to really celebrate Christmas. Hot chocolate with whipping cream and a candy cane stir stick with be a plus while reading this book along with a fire and snuggle wrap. You really feel like your part of the scene while reading Donita's book. I had a hard time putting the book down. Yep, you'll get hooked it is a page turner for sure.

Thank you for the review. The book was fun to write. I just noticed as I read your review that many people mentioned hot cocoa, snickerdoodles, peppermint sticks, soft blankets and cozy atmospheres. What a nice thought that the book elicits that kind of comfort zone for so many reades. Thanks again. I hope we get to do another Sage Street Christmas novella.
