Children, parents and caregivers – anyone with a child in their life with diabetes – will benefit from the straightforward facts and sage advice in Diabetes ABC from author Dr. Sherry L. Meinberg.
The diagnosis of diabetes can be confusing and frightening for a child and the people in the child's life. Dr. Sherry L. Meinberg demystifies the condition in Diabetes ABC. The book provides people of all ages with an overview of diabetes, from the emotional impact to the practicalities of managing the disease.

Diabetes ABC is intended to inspire communication and broaden awareness, understanding and empathy.
I thought this book was very informational. A very good resource book to make children aware of diabetes. The illustrations are limited but the information is good.
